Overview of your La Paz tour
The tour begins at 3, 600 meters above sea level, in the City of La Paz, and then ascends to 4, 700 meters above sea level, called the summit, where permission is requested -through a ritual- from the spirits of our grandparents (the mountains) and mother earth. , , to have a good tour In approximately 60 km we will descend through the so-called "death road" up to 1000 meters above sea level, to then go up to Coroico, which is at 1700 meters above sea level. On the way we will see and feel the change in flora and fauna, the temperature, in addition to observing banana, citrus, coffee, coca, plantations, etc.
Your La Paz tour itinerary
08:00 AM Pick you up from your hotel and depart to Coroico located at aproximately 100 km, from La Paz at 3, 600 m. a. s. l 09:00 AM We will get at 4, 700 m. a. s. l the highest point, from there we will descend until 1, 200 m. a. s. l by the so called death road. On the way we will stop on different places to enjoy the nature, fauna and flora, to see and feel how changes the climate. 12:30 PM Arrival to Coroico and have lunch. 14:30 PM Return to La Paz by the paved road (new road). 17:00 PM Drop you off at your hotel. Tour can be customized upon request.
