Aloha! My name is Scott and I live in the most spectacular place on earth - The Big Island of Hawaii. Experience the 2018 Kilauea eruption in Leilani Estates thru my eyes and experiences. I am one of the residents that did not evacuate the neighborhood, allowing me to experience the raw power of the volcano just feet away. If you are a group of 1 to 4, this is the best way to see the very best on Hawaii Island. My tours focus on Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and it is my goal to send you home with a sense of awe and wonder after visiting this gorgeous island. Please note: if flying to the Big Island for a day trip, please fly into and out of the Hilo airport. Most of the popular sights are closer to Hilo vs. Kona (Volcanoes National Park, waterfalls, Waipio Valley, black sand beaches, etc). The airport code for Hilo is ITO. If arriving by cruise ship, you can rent a car and meet me at the volcano. This will give you plenty of flexibility to see other sights on your own before heading back to the ship. 5 stars isn't enough. Great tour! Scott has an enthusiastic attitude and superior knowledge of the volcano national park. He knew where to go and where to look for the best views. We toured several sites for viewing as well as the Lava Tube and Desolation Trail. Scott also brought snacks for a mid-tour bite to keep the energy up. We had a terrific time and learned...

Scott was fantastic! He took us to see soooooo many interesting things. He also brought us to some places where we were the only tour/group so we saw a bunch of things most tourists don’t see.
