Hidden food gems, fishing village & mineral mud bath

Sharmay is a lovely guide! She greeted our party of 6 with delicious iced egg coffees, then took us to a fishing village to experience how the people make a living. We stopped at a local family’s home to watch the making of a fish net, then took a small saucer boat to a floating fish farm. It was cool to see a diver go down to clean the nets. We then returned to the local home to eat a homemade lunch of freshly caught squid, fish and spring rolls with homemade fish sauce. After lunch we opted to take a cable car to VinWorld where we enjoyed snacks and lunch. Sharmay is friendly and willing to accommodate last minute changes.

We had a Fantastic tour with Sharmay today!! She picked us up at the port and using a variety of transportation methods (taxi, boat, saucer) got us safely from one adventure to the next! We travel a lot and hire lots of guides, and Sharmay is right up there with the best!! The day included a variety of experiences and included lots of unique food opportunities that are local to this area. A great day with a great fun guide who took a video of our day's experiences.

We had a wonderful day with Sharmay - she took us to the places less-travelled and we had a unique experience visiting locals in their home where they made us freshly-caught fish! The fishing village was beautiful and we even enjoyed our "touristy" time at the mud baths. Sharmay was so sweet and maximized our time with her - would love to tour with her again!!

Our guide Sharmay prepared for us deliciously exciting and diverse tour, which started in the fishing village with the breakfast in the fisherman's house. The simple but very hospitable family was a pleasure to talk with and eat fresh caught and cooked fish cakes and fried fish. The cable car ride to the newly inaugurated Amusement park was breathtaking, the ride on the motorbike was exhilarating and fun, and the spa visit with an expertly masseur was relaxing. Highly recommend
