Our tour with Hoa was outstanding. He is incredibly intelligent, kind and polite. He shared a lot of information with us which we loved. Hoa was able to accommodate a change in the itinerary with ease. The restaurant lunch he organized was absolutely delicious!! The best restaurant in town. Wow!! Hoa Van Pham was so professional, knowledgeable and fantastic! With his pass he was able to pick us up closer to the cruise ship. The car was clean and driver drove well.Got to cover a lot of ground and see a lot of things. We enjoyed the cooked oysters, my mouth is watering just thinking about them. Purchased some nice pearl jeweler. Enjoyed palm tree paddle and nice to have our own tour. Unlike the huge tours we saw. We felt so blessed to have such a top notch guide! Hoa was a knowledgeable, enthusiastic guide! I booked this tour for my college-age daughter and her friends. During the tour, Hoa sent me wonderful photos and videos of the girls enjoying the sights in the Hoi area. They especially enjoyed riding in the basket boats, and learning to cook traditional Vietnamese food. They appreciated that Hoa ate lunch with them and talked with them. He gave them excellent advice on where to get custom-made tailored clothing. We would recommend Hoa to everyone!
Our group of 4 had a fantastic tour with Hoa. We rowed the basket boats on the river, cooked a delicious lunch with a local family and even got soothing foot massages. Afterwards, we walked the charming ancient city of Hoi An with its colorful streets and lanterns. Hoa made sure that we saw the highlights but also off the beaten path as well. We finished our evening with some terrific banh mi and my quang. I would highly recommend Hoa as a tour guide, he is flexible, knowledgeable and friendly.
At 8:30, your local guide and Hoi An private car will pick you up at your hotel/ homestay in Hoi An/Danang and we start Hoi An countryside tour. The first place we will explore is the Cam Thanh Eco-village. We will take basket boats to go fishing with the local fishermen. You will learn how to row the basket boats, use their simple tools to catch fish, crabs. After that, we will get back to a local house to join the Hoi An cooking class. The local Masterchef will guide you to cook some Hoi An specialties such as Tam Huu, Vietnamese Spring rolls, Hoi An pancakes. You will have lunch with what you have just cooked. You will enjoy a special foot massage with local herbs. After that, your local guide and Hoi An private car will transfer you to Hoi An old town to admire the romantic beauty, the colorful lanterns as well as exploring the highlight attractions such as the Japanese Covered Bridge, Tan Ky Old House, Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, etc. After all, we transfer you back to your hotel in Danang/ Hoian.
