Hello everyone, my first name is Nguyen, the last name is Tran and you can call me Win (English name). I am a local English speaking tour guide based in Hoi An, Viet Nam and I have been working as a licensed international tourist guide since 2014. I am quite open - minded, easy - going, friendly and I'd like to think that I have good sense of humor. When I was a student, luckily, I had chances to take part in so many activities and voluntary programs that supports to help the foreigners and officials who come to central Vietnam for conferences. Especially I had done an exchange culture of American students from Duke university and living together in Quang Tri around 1. 5 months and taught English for kids there. Hoi An definitely is an ideal place for English practicing where everyday thousands of visitors come all the time. I've met many people from all over the world and be I always like to hear requests or demands so I could meet the expectations the best to avoid troubles. I would like to do tours like a companion, and I would love to share my culture with others from all around the world. Hoi An is also a great place for all food lovers with ingredients from many Asian and Western cultures or with a unique taste and quality. Beside Hoi An or nearby areas, I am running tours from Da Nang and Hue city as well. Join me, I will show you Da Nang - is the country's fifth largest city and an up-and-coming beach destination in Central Vietnam. Dubbed "the Miami of Vietnam" by the New York Times, it is very much on the tourist radar these days thanks to its breathtaking oceanic landscapes, spectacular river bridges as well as a vibrant food scene. The tour introduces you to key sites and the city's history. Highlights include Marble Mountains, Ling Ung pagoda which houses the Lady Buddha statue, the Hai Van pass and Lang Co beach. Beyond to Hue - Famed for its magnificent riverside Citadel, delectable cuisine and relaxing ambience, Hue (pronounced "hway") is history meeting modern delights. The city lies on the banks of the atmospheric Perfume River in Central Vietnam, a few kilometers inland from the South China Sea, and will provide a bit of a welcome respite for the weary tourist. So come with me, let me be your local buddy. You will feel breezing from rice paddies on the biking way, take many pictures of water buffalo but make sure that your camera is full of 100 percent charge. First, we will visit the rice paper-making house, where you will learn the process of making this stuff by-hand and do it yourself. Stop for a few seconds, smile with locals, and try to say some Vietnamese words. We'll say bye and move to the shipbuilding yards and have a look at wooden souvenirs workshops displaying lots of wooden items. Take one as you like then we move to the shipyard to hear the stories of the past.
