I will be your local tour guide for all things history and culture! Born in Savannah and raised along coastal South Carolina and Georgia, I have a true passion for sharing the real history of this area. From battles to nature to the best local cuisine, you will enjoy the most exciting experiences of the Coastal Georgia. As a sixth-generation Georgian I grew up hearing stories of my Irish ancestors who arrived here in 1850. I graduated from the College of Charleston in 2011 with a major in Anthropology and have been giving tours since. I especially love sharing the archaeology of this area dating back to thousands of years ago! My goal is to make sure each guest experiences our famous southern hospitality. The Golden Isles are truly magnificent and intriguing! Let your local guide KT show you all the best local spots. This private tour is easily accessible for people of all ages. It is completely adaptable to what you are most interested in learning about. Tour lasts 6 hours total with lunch stop at an excellent local restaurant. Lunch not included in price. We ride the through the main sight seeing locations on St. Simons Island, Jekyll Island, and downtown Brunswick. If you have access to the private Sea Island we can also tour that area. Join an experience you won't forget! Make the day so fun for families, couples, or friends!

This was our 2nd tour with KT and it was every bit as great as this first one. How she has all that knowledge packed into her head is beyond me but she was full of facts and data at every turn. But what was even better is she is FUN! This being our 2nd day it was more like spending time with your bestie than a tour guide. By the time the tour was over we were wishing we had booked more tours with her. Jekyll Island and St. Simon was amazing. Very unique places and we'd go back again if we ever have the chance.

We had a fabulous tour with a fabulous guide. KT is knowledgeable, passionate, funny, and just a great person with whom to spend a day. She listened to us and made sure that we got what we wanted out of our visit. We learned a lot about the area - history, culture, geography, flora, and fauna, and lots of fun facts. KT is very knowledgeable about the Golden Isles. She entertained us with many interesting stories about the history and culture of the area. She made sure we had plenty of time to take pictures of our favorite locations. She was familiar with the sites and was able to line up some great photos for us. Very friendly and flexible with the schedule, letting us decide on the best time and place for lunch. I would highly recommend her to other travelers!

Let's enjoy the beauty and history of these 3 pristine destinations and learn more about my local southern culture. We can spend about 2 hours at each location with time for a lunch break as well. On St. Simon's Island discover Fort Frederica built in 1730 and enjoy a private guided tour by KT for up to 45 minutes here. See the local wild nature of Canon's Point for 30 minutes. Jekyll Island has the picturesque driftwood beach with trees toppled over into the ocean. This makes for a great photo opportunity. The drive over to Jekyll is truly breathtaking. Brunswick has a variety of history including designed city squares, old shops, and a beautiful marina. Coffee/ Lunch break to enjoy local southern cuisine.
