For example, he knew before we did where we would be docking and where the ideal meeting place would be. His instructions were clear and he met us close to the cruise terminal exit. We had already told him our concerns and limitations and he assured us that the tour would be tailored to us, and that everything would remain flexible. The first thing he did was tell us what he suggested for our day. We were agreeable because it was just what we wanted.
