We had a wonderful day touring the Highlands with John. He met us right at the port and took us on a scenic drive through some of the most beautiful countryside we’ve ever seen. We stopped at Shin Falls to watch the salmon, then continued on to Dunrobin Castle, where we enjoyed the impressive falconry demonstration and explored the castle and gardens. John also brought us to a lovely café for lunch before continuing past several breathtaking scenic overlooks on our way to a whisky distillery. There we enjoyed a tasting. What truly set the day apart was how thoughtful and attentive John was in assisting Mike and Janet with their limited mobility needs. He made sure they were comfortable and able to take part in every experience. John’s knowledge, patience, and care made the tour unforgettable, and we highly recommend him to anyone visiting the Highlands.

A great tour incorporating a visit to Struie Viewpoint affording magnificent views of Sutherland and the surrounding countryside. Onwards to Shin Falls Waterfall where we can see Salmon leaping. A visit to the magnificent Dunrobin Castle where daily Falconry displays are done. Travel to Loch Fleet a lovely nature reserve where one can view the Seals . A visit to the small town of Dornoch and finally a visit to Glenmorangie Distillery, where you can sample some of Scotland's finest malt whisky before returning to your cruise ship.
