Especially coming with two senior parents - one of which is in a wheelchair - they took great care of us and have been flexible and accommodating to our requests. Ilker is an amazing tour guide. He took us on a tour of the 7 churches from Revelation and much more. He understood our love for the culture and food. Ilker took us to the best restaurants on the side of the highways, nice sit down places and hole in the wall eateries. We loved the fact that he never rushed us and allowed us to enjoy at our own pace. We are not easy to please and Ilker did a fantastic job.

Mr Ilker Avci ensured the tour met my needs and health issues. Timely replies helped from preparation to the end of this first trip here. He recommended quality hotels. A personal issue prevented him from guiding the tour. A responsible and knowledgeable guide replaced him and he checked in daily to ensure all was well. Guide Sertac was patient, humorous and educated me beyond the ruins to the culture and lives of past and present Turks, more than what a group tour, books and knowledge could do. He introduced me to the various fruit trees and local crafts. The reality of what is importance in life was brought forth by the Turkish people I met along the journey. The guides made the tour come alive, solved all the teething problems to get me happily ready to enjoy the rest of my trip. I strongly recommend this tour. Through various issues, he and team ensured delivery of all agreed.

We went on a private tour with Ilker to visit the 7 churches mentioned in Revelation. Amazing tour, from the time we were picked up from Izmir airport to the time we left, it was incredible. Ilker was knowledgeable, explained all the history behind each church, excavation and archaeological sites. We learned history, art, culture, and more, had only 2 days, concentrated mostly on churches, we had traditional turkish food, lunches and dinner in between, he took us to the best eating places, did shopping.

Our entire experience with TBL In Turkey was excellent. Our guides in Istanbul, Cappadocia and Kusadasi were all knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They all spoke excellent English, which was important because our knowledge of the Turkish language is zero. Ilker planned the in-country tours, and was extremely responsive both before and during our trip. We communicated frequently via WhatsApp, and his replies were almost immediate. He was also with us two full days. He is an excellent guide and person.
