Hola! My name is Enrique, Andalusian from birth and at heart. I think my job is fascinating: to make people visit our land get to know our culture, enjoy our monuments and feel our cities and landscapes. I am a tour guide at heart since I was a teenager, participating with some local associations in visits and hiking in my area. After studying environmental science and history, I became a full-time tour guide joining my passions: nature, people, culture, and history. I have worked also in agriculture, restaurants, and as a teacher too! and now, after work, I continue to collaborate with local environmental associations and in the exploration of underground Roman aqueducts in Andalusia. Thanks to many of these jobs in recent years, we have discovered very important species of plants and insects in my area. I arrange visits and experiences in Seville and its surroundings - day trips and multi-day tours from Seville as well. If you need any of these services from other cities around, we can discuss them. I love the visits or trips where we do a little of everything: history, culture, architecture, nature, and traditions. Seville and Andalusia are great! The weather is quite warm most of the year, our gastronomy is one of the best in the world, and the very complex history and culture make this land an amazing and really interesting place to enjoy. Roman and Islamic history and heritage everywhere, the best olive oils and hams you can taste, and an important hub of the Spanish Empire period, from where personalities like Columbus or Magellan departed. . . can you imagine how rich is this land? For all this, and much more, customized, flexible, and adapted tours just for you are my specialty. Tell me what would you like to discover? And with 'discover' I mean in the broad sense of this beautiful word. Licensed tour guide: license number 5277. Licensed Alhambra tour guide. Licensed tour guide of the Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba. Travel agency: license C.I.AN.-417608-2 Environmental science degree History and nature blogger Roman aqueducts and underground spaces researcher Local researcher None

The heart of Seville, the area where everything took place. . . this is a visit to discover the most important of the city. The two monuments we will visit together are World Heritage sites, or that which is the same, they are unique. The Cathedral of Seville still has some remains of the Mosque of Ishbïliya. The construction itself is amazing but specially it is a very good place for three things: to enjoy the best views in the city from the famous Giralda, to admire a wide collection of art and to speak about the history of Spain and Seville itself. Did you know that (a bit of) Colombus was buried here? There are hundreds of curiosities more, it is not just a simple temple. The Royal Alcazar is the oldest royal palace in Europe. A complex of governors' residences, periods and architecture that is mind-blowing. Get to know about all of this as you enjoy the colors, the lights and the gardens. Let's look for the popular peacocks. And let's stroll around the area in a pleasant walk to round off the visit.
I will meet you up at your hotel or accomodation to walk to the visit area, or to get a cab (not included). We will start visiting the two highlights of the day. First, the Cathedral, where we can climb the Giralda belltower to enjoy the best views of the city. Then, the Royal Alcazar, going through the different buildings, patios and finishing at the gardens. At this point, or between the two visits, we can do a short break. After all this, you decide: we could stroll through Santa Cruz (the picturesque former jewish quarter) or the Archive of the Indies, Constitución Avenue and Torre del Oro on the riverside, while you get some reccomendations for tapas or lunch too. You decide what interests you the most in this final part! Itinerary can be customized if you wish to, with a 'Tapas tour' or even a 'Walking through the other higlights of the city'. Feel free to contact me, please.
