Holaaa, I'm Eros and I live here in the magnetic energetic magical island of Lanzarote. In the last years I have been touring people around the world, like a dive master in Indonesia, discovering Australia, now I'm settled here in the pearl of Canary Island and yes, this energetic island has many treasures around to be discovered so let's do it together! You might think of Lanzarote as being an island of volcanic rubble and dust, but come and join us and discover how much there is to see, to understand. Here, you can truly understand the power of nature and how strong it is, the power of life here is everywhere if you look it carefully. Full time tours makers, worked for many years for different tours agency. I have been doing tours in Australia, Italy and Spain. I am a licensed tour guide in Spain with 300 hrs diploma and a PADIdive master guide. I am not licensed to guide inside museums due to local regulations.

Lanzarote has a unique area (which is a Unesco protected part of the island) called La Geria. It is a unique landscape in a volcanic area in the middle of the Island, where the fields have been covered by the important and special stone (PICON) which is a dark volcanic little stone that keeps the humidity of the night and makes possible the agriculture in the island. We are going to try the strong fruity Volcanic Malvasia wine in at least 3 different wineries, surrounded from an amazing volcanic landscape with strong colors contrasts; the green of the grapes and the cactus, the black of the stone and the colors of the flowers, under an amazing blue sky. And did you know? If you like cheese I know one of the best place to go to try local goat cheese �� . . .
This tour was amazing, made even better by the tour guide, Eros. He arrived early and was very attentive to the needs of my senior father. He went over and beyond that of a tour guide and was very knowledgeable about everything to do with Lanzarote. I can highly recommend Eros for this tour and any other tours that he does.
We had a lovely day in Lanzarote. We went to Jameos de Agua, the volcano interpretation center and two vineyards, Rubicon and El Grifon. Eros was very flexible as we were planning the excursion, adapting it to our personal preferences and desires. Unfortunately, Eros became ill the day before our excursion, but instead of canceling the trip, he found a substitute guide for us. While we would have preferred Eros, he did everything he could to insure that we had a great day.
Eros is an excellent guide from any perspective. I had an informative --and enjoyable--tour with him. I would recommend him to others without hesitation--and would use his services again if I return to Arrecife!
We toured Lanzarote with Eros as our guide. He met us as we agreed and took us on a long tour of the island showing his knowledge of everywhere that we visited. He was friendly and mindful of my slow walking speed with the cane. Highly recommended as a guide.
I booked a tour with Eros in Arrecife Canary Islands. I have taken other trips with Tours by Locals, but this excursion was the very best I have been on. Eros weas extremely knowledgeable and wanted us to see as much of Arrecife as we possibly could in the time we had. He has such pride for his island-for good reasons. The landscape was so diverse and was beautiful. No matter what questions we had, he was able to answer them and offer more information. He was a delight to be with and a great guide
-We start from your accommodation and drive to the center of the island direction Uga, from where it starts the famous area of the island called la GERIA. Here we will find stunning wineries. -We will start from UGA a tiny little village. -We will stop in 3 or 4 wineries, the most important it's called EL GRIFO, and it's the oldest winery of all Canary Island. -At the end of the wines tasting, I will bring you back to your accommodation.
