Gyeongju had been capital city of Silla kingdom(BC57 ~ AD935, 56 Kings) for 992 years(+ Kings, There was the last prince so you may say 1, 000 years of kongdom). It is still one of the major cities of Gyeongsangbuk-Do province. How the city could had been capital city for 1, 000 years and the kingdom last for 1, 000 years. I will show you and explain in Gyeongju. Gyeongju city itself is a "wall-less museum" and UNESCO heritage. Bring all your passports.
