Easy to come across with a fisherman, which I did as you see on this pictures, and stop to talk to him. Eventually he will sell that fish to a particular restaurant and I gladly call the owner to prepare it for you. I've contacts of the local restaurants and while you're on the boat, when you want to make the half day tour into a couple of extra hours more, they will be preparing food for you.
