Gerald was terrific. He was there on the dock waiting for us with a lovely A/C van that accommodated all 8 of us easily. He showed us all that was explained on his itinerary. That included a tour of San Juan del Sur, a tour of Granada, entrance to the museum San Francisco, a boat ride on the Isletas and entrance to the Nat. Park Masaya. He spoke fluent English and had us back on the dock to make our cruise. He was personable and accommodating to our needs. Infinitely better than a ship board tour.

Miguel created what we hoped would be a great holiday into a magnificent one! His care and efforts to ensure that all we wanted to do would be done was incredible. Nothing was too much for him to consider. Miguel's easy and jovial personality were an added bonus. He was punctual and his driving was safe and allowed for a carefree journey into a very colorful and beautiful country. His knowledge of his country's history was fascinating and we learned a lot. Miguel's love of Nicaragua was infectious.
