This cooking and food experience starts with visiting various traditional markets that sell fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, chicken, exotic spices and other appetizing local products. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the local community, food, lifestyle and culture. After visiting the markets, you will be attending a cooking class in a Moroccan home, and you will be sharing an authentic and fabulous Moroccan home-cooked meal with a Moroccan family! I'm from Casablanca and I've spent most of my life in this city. My wife is a professional cook and she will be pleased to give you a very interesting Moroccan Traditional Cooking Class.
