Tiraspol 'Back in the USSR' Transnistria tour full day

Hello everyone! I am happy to offer my services as an English-speaking tour guide (20 years of experience) and driver(Ford Focus 2011) in Moldova. I am a member of The Moldovan Association of Travel Agencies and Guides, fully licensed; my name is included in 3 editions of "The Lonely Planet" ed. 2007, 2010, 2012 Romania/Moldova. It will be my pleasure to drive you across the country to the wineries, monasteries and other historic sites providing all the information you expect to get from a local guide, answering all of your questions, helping you find things of interest and buy souvenirs you plan to bring back home, also providing any useful information on Moldova in order for you to have a better picture of the country. Before becoming a tour guide at the end of the 90s I worked as an English-speaking translator for a number of years, but I always felt the need for expanding my knowledge of the country and always wanted to be engaged in activities which would enable me to establish a more personal contact with travellers from all over the world with the aim of helping them discover my beautiful country. Tourism changed my life forever as it became not only my full time job, but also a hobby. On my tours I try to carefully listen to my tourists' requests so that even a small detail will not skip my attention. Even though Moldova is considered a country "off the beaten path", in recent years I noticed a growing interest in Moldova after it had become an Associate Member of the EU in 2014 which immediately led to the increase in the number of travellers who chose this country as their short holiday destination. I am proud to say that I have met hundreds of wonderful people from many countries over the last 20 years who ultimately have become my friend. I am on contract with all the major hotels in Chisinau, such as Bristol, Klassik, Regency, CasaDaca, Chisinau, Kamilfo, Wine hotel, as well as travel agencies: Holiday Service, Avia Tour, Grand Voyage, Trapeze, Tui Tour. The great experience I gained over the years enriched me a lot as a person and gave me a rare chance to interact with my tourists in a friendly environment and also show them the best of this country making sure they leave Moldova with vivid and nice impressions of my homeland. My motto is: " We are connected to one another no matter where we are on the planet". In my free time I play the guitar and piano and also compose rock songs in English as I am a classically trained musician( my first degree is music, second degree is foreign affairs).
