Overview of your Ohrid tour
Struga is one out of three towns situated at the Ohrid lake shores. It lies on the northern part of the lake. A special charm to the tows is given by the presence of the river Crn (Black) Drim which floats out of the lake and continues it's path to North, through Albania till the Adriatic See. It is pleasure to walk the Struga Charshija and feel the rhythm of the life of the local citizens. The market near the center is a place where one could purchase and taste agricultural products grown up by the locals from the surrounding villages. Vevchani is a village (and municipality) 9 km from Struga. A specific characteristic for its citizens is the localpatriotism and a strongly articulated feeling for belonging to their community. They are widely known as good housebuilders which have shown their skills far beyond the borders of Macedonia. The Vevchani springs are a natural phenomenon which is obligatory to bee seen and enjoy in it's heavens beauty.
