Explore Negril your way

At ToursByLocals, we believe that how you explore is just as important as where you go. That’s why every Negril tour is private, flexible, and built around you: Move at your own pace, skip the crowds, make connections and follow your curiosity. Find local guides offering private tours in Negril for every interest, including:

Layover tours: With a few well-planned hours, your guide can time airport pick-up and drop-off around your flight, fit in a quick swim on Seven Mile Beach, a boat hop to Booby Cay for a short snorkel, and a jerk chicken stop at Best in the West, plus a fast lighthouse photo or a peek at the cliff divers at Rick’s Café if the timing lines up.

Nature and Wildlife tours: Snorkel shallow reefs off Booby Cay, then hand-feed tiny hummingbirds at Barney’s Hummingbird Garden while your guide points out local species; add a refreshing dip at Blue Hole Mineral Spring or a river walk to the cascades at Mayfield Falls for a greener side of the coast.

Family tours: Keep it easy with a glass-bottom boat ride to spot coral and colourful fish, sandcastle time on a calm stretch of Seven Mile Beach, and a patties-and-ice-cream break at a local spot; a private guide can pace the day for naps, shade, and short drives between fun stops.

Negril is spread along the beach and cliffs, so you can walk short stretches but many sights sit a few kilometres apart; route taxis exist, yet private transportation is simpler with kids or luggage, and you can book chauffeured tours or ask your local guide to include a private vehicle.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all itinerary, you can tailor your private tour to match your interests, pace and personality with a local who knows Negril inside and out.
