The fusion of teaching and tourism has allowed me to settle here, where I work as an online and face-to-face language coach and as a multilingual tour guide. Overview of your Orosei tour
I would like to take you to one of my favourite places in the area of Orosei, where I live! Come on a unique tour dedicated to the discovery of the enchanting north coast of the Gulf of Orosei, which includes birdwatching, breathtaking views, snorkelling in crystal-clear waters and short hikes among red granite rocks and the scent of Mediterranean scrub. Among the highlights we'll cover are the Natural Oasis of Biderosa with its 5 oasis, white sand beaches with shallow water, breathtaking panoramic viewpoints, and the Coast of Capo Comino, with its amazing granite rock coast and the biggest sand dunes of the East Coast. Are you a lover of nature and wildlife? Then this is the right tour for you! No worries, you don't need to be an experienced hiker to partake on it! I could adapt the itinerary to your needs depending on heat, fitness level or special interests! So just dive into nature and relax! If you don't have goggles and a snorkel, I'll lend you some. Let's start this adventure together!
Your Orosei tour itinerary
-As a first stop after pickup, we'll visit the Oasis of Biderosa. The lake of Sa Curcurica is a veritable treasure of bird biodiversity, perfect for those who want to try their hand at birdwatching. -We'll then proceed to walk among centenary junipers, cistus, myrtle & white sea lilies, framed by pink granite rocks and waters of indescribable transparency (my kind of meditation). -After a short hike to admire the breathtaking view of the coast, we'll jump into the water and snorkel around the granite rocks, where we can usually see a range of colorful fish. -Once our apetite opens, we'll have lunch at the beach (either a packed lunch or sandwich/salad at the beach bar). -After lunch we'll drive to Capo Comino, where we'll have a cold drink at a nice beach kiosk. -Next, snorkeling around the small island of Isola Rossa will make you feel very light hearted, especially having the biggest sand dunes of the East Coast and the limestone mountain "Monte Albo" with its majestic walls in front of you! -Return.
