Val d’Orcia Slow Day with a Local: Picnic, Villages & Relax

Dear Traveler, I'll be really happy to welcome you in this special land, where I'm living. I was born in Venice where my Grandfather taught me the importance of living in this special town. But, I needed to explore the other countries, mostly European, before to decide to live in Tuscany, Montepulciano my hometown. I can tell you that I was "naturally" born as tour guide, thanks to my birthplace and my family, which gave me all the opportunities I needed to "Welcome people at home". I've got the licences to be a guide since when I was 19 years old and, since that time, I've always improved and upgrated my knowledge for myself and for YOU ALL! MY TOURS are per small group and per person. If you'll see a per person cost in the pricing, is because the program will include a lunch or a wine tasting or a pic-nic, which are very very common by requests. After to have spent part of our lives in Florence, me and my husband, we decided to do an important change and to live in one of the best places in Tuscany: Montepulciano, a fantastic old medieval and Renaissance town, close to Pienza and Val d'Orcia (Orcia's Valley - the paradisiac countryside of Tuscany) and the most picturesque villages in Tuscany. This village is not so popular but, honestly, it's so nice and charmant with its wineries called "Cathedrals of wine", settled on top of an huge hill is dividing the Orcia and the Chiana Valleys. The spectacle of the Nature is visible from each corner of the town, really unique! Please, see some pictures in my BIO and you'll better understand what I mean. Everyday, when I'm with my customers, I try to let them feel the touch of the history, the legends, the personalities that walked along the same places they're going through, years or centuries ago. I can't wait to share these feelings also with you!
