Semarang One Day Tour

As a local, I would love to show you some of my favourite places in Semarang! Blendug Church is an iconic Dutch colonial structure. I appreciate its architecture and peaceful atmosphere. Lawang Sewu offers a mix of history and mystery. You will be drawn to its tales of the past, including its role during the Japanese occupation. Rawa Pening is a beautiful lake, a beloved retreat for locals who enjoy outdoor activities like fishing, boating, or simply relaxing by the water. Fort William Fortress is a reminder of Semarang's strategic importance during the colonial period. Sam Poo Kong Temple is an important religious and cultural site for the local Chinese community in Semarang. Pandanaran Street Market is a great place for socializing, shopping, and enjoying the local culture!

The trip will take 8-9 hours, starting at 9am. - Pick up with me and driver at your Hotel/ sea port/ airport. - Trip to Old city, Blendug Church: stop, take picture, walk around for about 1 hour. - A thousand door building or Lawang Sewu: we will get into the building and explore the inside and authentic of the Building for about 1 hour. - It roughly take 1 hour to reach Rawa pening, We have lunch here 45 mins- 1 hour (while we can walk around). - Going to train station, take the train enjoying paddy field about 1 hour. - Going to Fort William Fortress, spending about 30 mins here. - Going back to Semarang city, about 1 hour drive. - Visiting Sam poo kong Temple for around 30 mins. - Last destination is Pandanaran street market, we can walk around and take pictures. - Transfer to Sea port/ Hotel.
