My journey into tourism world began with an electrifying CCA meeting held in my hometown, Tomohon. What an unforgettable experience it was! I eagerly helped doctors and participants who needed an interpreter, even though my official role wasn't that of an interpreter. A week spent immersed in the Health Care Station became a treasure trove of memories that I'll cherish forever. Then, I pursued my studies at a Christian College. There, I was fortunate to learn from remarkable teachers from various countries. This unique environment allowed me to hone my English communication skills vigorously. As the years flew by, I seized every opportunity to connect with people from around the globe. I flourished in my role as a local Liaison Officer. I proudly served as an interpreter during the unforgettable Pre-Assembly of the WCC Asian Region. This remarkable event unfolded right in my backyard soon after the CCA meeting. Working together with individuals from diverse backgrounds has expanded my insights. It has enriched my knowledge in ways I could never have imagined. In 2007, the Indonesian Tourist Guides Association was established in my hometown, marking an exciting new chapter for me. At that time, I worked in a resort here. This gave me the wonderful opportunity to meet travelers from all over the world. That same year, before joining the association, I had the joy of accompanying an English woman to Mt. Mahawu, a Canadian man to a waterfall, and an English family to Mt. Mahawu and Lake Linow. Although I wasn't paid, my heart was full as I introduced my beautiful regions to these visitors. The results were incredible, and to this day, the English lady and I enjoy great communication. Then, the moment I had been waiting for arrived—I was recruited as a tour guide by this organization! I embraced this chance wholeheartedly, and since then, I have proudly called myself a tour guide. As a tour guide, I am thrilled to be hired by many companies! I enthusiastically manage daily adventures like the Highland Tour and delightful trekking experiences for small groups, usually around two tourists. Additionally, I love organizing multi-day excursions for larger groups of up to 35 travelers. After all, every opportunity is valuable, and who wouldn't appreciate a fulfilling job in this vibrant world? In 2009, I proudly obtained my Open Water Scuba Diver Certification! This exciting skill allows me to enjoy my leisure time. It also enables me to accompany tourists as their snorkeling buddy. Additionally, I earned a tour guide license from the local government. This is a fantastic requirement for every tour guide in Indonesia. I often get the joyful opportunity to be a tour leader from North Sulawesi. As a leader, I explore beautiful destinations like Ternate, Togean Island, and Gorontalo. I have been lucky to travel abroad through local travel agents several times. I offer an exciting array of tours that cater to every adventure seeker! Whether you’re interested in vibrant city tours, serene rural escapades, or immersive farmland activities, I've got you covered. My tours include thrilling jungle and volcano trekking, as well as delightful island hopping experiences. Additionally, I provide opportunities for enchanting snorkeling, educational study tours, and inspiring home-cooking adventures. Don't miss out on cultural, wellness, and invigorating walking tours! I also feature fun-filled bus tours, exhilarating motorbike riding experiences, bike tours, and so much more. I'm always ready for a challenge! I have participated in shore activities many times. Whenever a cruise ship docks in Bitung, I eagerly look forward to guiding their passengers. In fact, before the pandemic, I had a wonderful booking from a tourist. This shows just how exciting these adventures can be! My favorite quote is "Serve with heart," and I wholeheartedly embrace this during my tours. I strive to add a personal touch to my service that truly enhances the experience. Most tourists are eager to connect with friendly locals who are excited to share their world. They want to feel joyful, embrace new experiences, and discover captivating places while being welcomed by smiling faces. I believe that many travelers seek exciting moments. They want to break the monotony of their daily routines. At the same time, they enjoy the comforts of home. This is the enchanting experience I aim to create on each tour. At times, getting along with new people felt like attempting to teach a cat to fetch. It was a real challenge! Everyone’s got their quirks and preferences. This makes treating them like cookie-cutter models about as effective as using a fork to eat soup. I give everyone equal attention. I am like a generous host at a buffet. My focus is on personalities instead of punch. Meanwhile, I’ve also unlocked the superpower of adapting to any situation faster than a chameleon at a disco! The locals in Northern Sulawesi have this saying: "The older a coconut is, the more milk it produces." As I keep leading tours, I’ve become good at connecting with folks. I can mix it up with all sorts of characters. I enjoy learning their likes and dislikes! Member of Indonesian Tourist Guide Association, Certified Tour Guide, Certified Diving (Open Water), Certified Eco-tour Guide I am not a driver, but I can provide a vehicle for tourist.

Siladen is an island at the northeast of Bunaken and northwest of Manado. It is one of five islands around Bunaken national park with fascinating underwater world. White sand and colorful coral reefs surround this island. Thus, snorkeling is one option of many in Siladen Island. Besides the abundance of fishes and corals, Siladen is very tranquil. Scenic view to Manado Tua, Bunaken and to the open sea are visible from the island. For photography, both underwater and above water are fascinating. For me, this island is excellent destination around Manado for snorkeling. The reef here is one of my favorite in Bunaken National Park. I love to free-dive here with the beautiful coral as background. Besides sea, many on-shore activities are possible too. They include making a sandcastle, beach volleyball, sightseeing, collecting shells - which is a free souvenir from the island, playing guitar and singing with the group, relaxing on the beach, sunbathing, and so on. As for me, I like to talk to the local people.
