I am a proud Balinese, a licensed tourist guide, professional tour organizer, and a member of the Indonesian Tourist Guide Association (ITGA/HPI Bali Chapter), connected with the international guiding community through the World Federation of Tourist Guide Associations (WFTGA). My passion for hospitality began many years ago. I graduated from tourism school in Bali and continued my education at Udayana University a reputable government university, majoring in Human Resources Management. I have also completed various professional training programs related to hospitality, guest relations, and service excellence. Before becoming a private guide, I gained valuable experience working and training with several international hospitality companies including The Ritz-Carlton, Nikko International Hotel, Holland America Line, and other luxury service environments. These experiences shaped my understanding of international standards, attention to detail, and the importance of creating a comfortable, personal, and memorable experience for every guest. Over the years, I have been honored to welcome travelers from around the world — couples, families, solo travelers, senior guests, business travelers, and VIP guests. One of my most memorable experiences was assisting Mr. José Ramos-Horta, Nobel Peace Prize Winner and President of Timor-Leste, during his visit to Bali. As a true Balinese, I love sharing not only Bali’s famous destinations, but also the stories, traditions, ceremonies, daily life, and philosophy that make our island truly special. During my tours, I proudly wear traditional Balinese attire as a symbol of respect for my culture and my role as an ambassador of Bali. To provide the best experience, I work together with a professional driver. This allows me to fully focus on guiding, storytelling, photography assistance, sharing local insights, and personally taking care of my guests throughout the journey.
