Live in "Death in Paradise" Private Tour

What a wonderful time we had in Guadeloupe with our guide Judy! Our cruise ship was only in port for a few hours in the afernoon of 25th January, 2026 so we had limited time, but we wanted to see the Death in Paradise locations. We had lots of communication with Judy before our trip, and she tailor-made the tour to fit the time available. Every query was answered quickly within a few hours. We were confident that we would enjoy ourselves with her. And we did! Judy was professional, informative, pleasant, helpful, cheerful and tried hard to ensure a really good experience for us. She was patient with our slow pace as we took lots of photos, and at every location she took photos of the four of us. From starting in torrential rain to the lovely sunset at the end, we had a fantastic time. We cannot recommend Judy highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to book her again. 5* plus! Thanks, Judy

What was not to like. Judy is a warm, funny engaging person with an indepth knowledge of the island. We learnt so much about the Guadeloupe culture, history, lifestyle and of course Death in Paradise. We had a booking at Catherine's restaurant. The food was delicious, and rum punch went down very well! I suggest if anyone wants to do eat at Catherine's, ask Judy as early as you can as it is a very busy business and you don't want to miss out. That way she can book ahead of tour buses. This is a very special island. I'm glad we got to share it with Judy, a local resident, and learn so much about Guadeloupe. Bonus was the beautiful Botanical Gardens.

Judy is a wonderful guide! She’s knowledgeable & fun. Also gives suggestions on extra things to do either on tour or during visit. Definitely tour with Judy!

Although expensive for 2 people it was fantastic x in an air conditioned car smooth driving lots of stops Judy took amazing photos of us both which we wouldn’t have done on cruise tour. She took side roads special sites she made restaurant reservations perfect table by water front and stayed to see if we were well looked after. Judy changed itinerary to suit us so we could go for a swim. And to top it all she bought me some birthday cakes which was very kind. Interesting intelligent informative lady highly recommended xx

Judy was a fabulous tour guide and made sure we visited all the key sites and enjoyed all the Death in Paradise places with no rushing. Judy secured great area for us in Katherines Bar and enjoyed a leisurely pint. There are a few extras to be aware of such as the $15 to go into the St Honore Police Station - the money is invested in the local community so happy to shell out even if we were only there 15 minutes. Much interesting info was shared and Judy was very chatty about everything on Guadeloupe. Would recommend.

Judy provided an incredible and personal "Death in Paradise" private tour for us. Well worth the 5+ hours we spent together. If you're thinking about doing this tour... stop thinking about it. Get this tour reserved. Catherine's bar, the local church, Honore's PD station, opening credits scenes, and various street shots, all checked off. Judy also took us for a tour of Deshaies' gorgeous botanical gardens, in itself highly recommended. Thank you Judy. You are certainly the guide everyone should ask for.
