Pall the Prisoner full day Klaksvik private tour

On this whole-day panorama hike in the mountains of the northern Kalsoy - one of the most beautiful islands in the Faroe Islands - we will hike in the wake of the historical legend Páll the Prisoner. The journey will lead us to the remote location, only until this day visited by very few people, where Páll the Prisoner under dramatic circumstances lived in a cave through a long dark winter 400 years ago. Along the way the view becomes correspondingly adorable, so on our trip we will experience a wonderful and almost matchless scenery and a spectacular view. We will be on our own, see as far as the eye can see, hear the wind and the weather, sense the nature and breathe the fresh air. At the magnificent Páls Loft location we will eat our packed lunch with traditional local fillings as the legendary tale about Páll Fangi will be told. - I will meet you at the ferry terminal in Klaksvík 9:45. The ferry tour takes 20 minutes each way. - We will have a brunch in a lovely private house in Trøllanes with the local food. - Then the hike in the wake of Páll the Prisoner starts. The hike it self will take around 3-4 hours, depending on the participants fitness. This trip is for hikers who are not afraid to take on a relative steep hill and like long and relatively demanding trips in the mountains. - After our visit to the legends cave we walk back to the village and well deservedly enjoy the local pancakes and freshly brewed coffee. - Departure to Klaksvík at 18:00.
