Overview of your Klaksvik tour
On Kallurin - the northermost point on Kalsoy island - you will see the famous lighthouse and the breathtaking view of the mountains, islands and ocean. Kallur Lighthouse is a very popular attraction in the Faroe Islands. The hike to the lighthouse is moderate trip and the view is fantastic - a must-see attraction. We start at a lovely house in the village Trøllanes and the hike takes one hour each way. You will enjoy the fabolous views just metres from sheer cliffs and travellers say that standing at Kallur Lighthouse is a magical experience.
Your Klaksvik tour itinerary
- We meet at the ferry terminal in Klaksvík 9:45. The ferry tour takes 20 min. - Drive to the legendary Sealwoman in the village Mikladalur. The drive takes 10 min. - Taste of the Faroe Islands in our lovely house in Trøllanes with the local food. - The hike to the Kallurin Lighthouse starts (45 min. to 1 hour each way).
