Damajagua 7 Waterfalls adventure - Shore Excursion with Fruits & Chocolate Tasting

In recent years, this river has become one of the most visited in the country. There is no comparison to what you can experience with a day of hiking through the beautiful tropical forest surrounded by different fruit trees and tubers with their natural slides. Its name Damajagua is due to the 27 waterfalls of different sizes that make up its refreshing crystalline waters and also due to an eponymous tree that grows around the river. Besides this beautiful watery experience, we will enjoy Chocolala, a place where you'll get to learn the step by step the process of turning the cocoa grain into a creamy and delicious chocolate flavor. Of course, you'll get to taste the most famous chocolate in the Dominican Republic, but besides that, you'll also taste some fruits from a beautiful fruit station. Do not miss the experience of tasting the tropical flavors that this beautiful destination offers!

-Departure from your hotel or the port, either that of Amber cove or Puerto Taino Bay. -After half an hour of traveling, we will arrive at the Damajagua Waterfalls, where we will hike for 45 minutes towards the top of the beautiful mountain to live the fun experience of jumping and sliding on the slides. -Then we'll walk for around 20 minutes back to our vehicle, where we'll drive to our next location. -After short of 5 minutes driving, we'll arrive to the most famous chocolate factory in Puerto Plata, where we'll taste some delicious samples! Of chocolate., homemade wines such as starfruit wine, cherry wine, cranberry wine and others - -Finally, we will return to the port or your hotel.
