A unique, private Palace Tour where you get to discover a living 1, 700 year-old city and enjoy a wonderful grilled lunch with the fish that we buy together! Under the watchful eye of our local guide we'll visit the city's bustling fish market to learn about Adriatic fish.

Then, depending on what you like, we will buy the freshest and bring it to an authentic local konoba where it will be cooked to order when we return from our walk. After visiting the fish market, we will tour the Palace and include off the beaten track experiences as well as the Cathedral, Jupiter's Temple and more.

A visit to the 3rd oldest synagogue in Europe is included if you wish as well. An authentic immersion into the past and present of this remarkable Old Town. Before our lunch at one of Split's oldest and most authentic, family-owned bistros, we'll stroll through the amazingly well preserved Palace and its substructures. Discover Adriatic seafood at Split's iconic Fish Market; explore the Palace, enjoy your "catch" later for lunch!

Departing from Korcula, we will head to the center of the island towards the small towns of Smokvica and Cara where the renowned Posip grape variety was first discovered and cultivated.

Going through the vineyards and visiting a few wineries in those towns, you will get an overview of not only the wine production on a bigger scale but also the experience of meeting a family-owned winery passed down through generations. Of course, sampling the wines is included.

We will then head back towards Korcula, stopping at a few spots with breathtaking views.
We will then pass Korcula and head straight for the southwestern tip of the Island to the town of Lumbarda.

Known for its small production of the Grk variety which only grows in this small part of the island, Lumbarda is a beautiful fishing village surrounded by vineyards only 50 to 100m from the sea.
