La Fortuna-Tenorio Volcano Sloths-Watching Tour

We enjoyed an incredible day with Henry, who was so accommodating for my senior Mom's abilities on this full day tour. It started immediately by him spotting an impossible to see Green Basilisk while we were stopped in traffic for construction - something that we would never have located ourselves. It went on from there with sloths and many, many birds, mammals, and plants that we had specifically hoped to see along the way. A delicious meal at a very friendly restaurant, careful assistance to get the best fruit at a roadside stand, and a stop to pick up the best coffee I've ever had. Thank you for such a memorable day, and for teaching me how to watch for movement in the trees to spot the best wildlife - it helped so much for the balance of our stay in Costa Rica!!

Henry worked with me and my group of 8 to arrange an active tour of the Rincon De La Vieja area. We focused on zip line, hot springs, and waterfall activities as well as wildlife spotting wherever possible. We picked up Henry as we left Tamarindo and he accompanied our multiple cars on a day-long (we left at 6:30AM and didn't get back until after 5PM) trip to the Rincon De La Vieja region. Henry was enthusiastic throughout the day, and responded to our quirky requests (including a specialized coffee stop and a stop to try and find football uniforms from CR club teams) He worked with us all day, and kept the diverse members of my guests happy. Nothing but positive comments about Henry. Highly recommended

We had such an amazing tour with Henry! We loved his enthusiasm for his country, his people and the beautiful wildlife. He knew so many cool facts about everything Costa Rica. He organized the tour so we could experience the Waterfall so the colors were blue and beautiful. He took us to an incredible cafe and got to see our first Sloth of the trip. We were able to see alot of different bird species, especially the Tucan along our driving tour. We truly had a magical experience!

Henry is a true naturist and has a deep knowledge and understanding of the rain forest, the animals, the birds, butterflies and all creatures of the forest. In the absence of Henry we would have walked the entire rain forest and seen nothing. He brought a special scope to zoom in and see the animals while they ate, slept and did their business bringing the forest alive. If you desire to see the wildlife of the rain forest as well as the falls, the bridges and other scenery Henry is a perfect choice
