Southern trekking of the world!
Overview of your Puerto Williams tour
On this journey, we are going to walk taking part of the southernmost trekking of the world: Dientes de Navarino. During this day we will follow the footprint of this famous trekking till Bandera summit, with an amazing landscape about Tierra del Fuego, Beagle Channel, and Puerto Williams. From that place, we continue on a trail without landmarks till the edge between Ukika and Robalo Balleys. From that place, if the is clever we can see closer the south of the island. To go down we can choose two different ways depending on your strengths and preferences.
Your Puerto Williams tour itinerary
- We meet in the tourist information or your hotel and we go by van to the water dam, the place where we start the trekking. - We walk the southernmost forest of the earth in a nice trail till Bandera Summit, 600 meters above the sea, where we have beautiful views from Tierra del Fuego, Beagle Channel, and Puerto Williams. - From this place we continue walking without trees, bushes, footprint, going up the edge of Robalo and Ukika valleys, a windy place where we will feel the enormity of one of the wilderness places of the world. - Later is time to come back and from Bandera summit, we can decide to come back following the trail or in a semi cross-country way. The itinerary can be customized according to your preferences and interests.
