Barev Dzez! (Means "Hello" in Armenian.) I’m a tour guide who believes in a personal approach. I like to keep things fun and show you the real Armenia - not just the typical tourist spots. As a local, I know the best places to visit, eat, relax, and enjoy nature - especially the mountains! I also enjoy taking people to small villages, where you can meet local families, taste homemade food and drinks, and stay in cozy guesthouses or hotels. I want to make your trip to Armenia special and unforgettable. I know a lot about Armenian history, but I try not to turn it into a boring lecture. I like to share stories and facts in a simple, interesting way. I also enjoy talking about our unique traditions and cultural details you won’t find anywhere else. I’m an easygoing, friendly, and flexible guide. I believe every guest is different, so I’m happy to adjust the tour to your interests. A little bit about me: I was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia, and moved to Armenia with my family when I was 16. I’ve traveled a lot - to the US, Israel, and many countries in Europe. Every year, I try to visit one or two new countries. As a traveler myself, I can say Armenia has everything to become a top travel destination - beautiful landscapes, tasty food, and great prices. Come before everyone else discovers it! I’ve been working as a private tour guide for 8 years and have already welcomed over 1500 guests. I truly enjoy meeting new people from around the world and sharing what I know about my wonderful country. Most of my tours are done with my own car. Transportation is included in all my prices. If you're a group of more than 3, I can arrange a driver with a minivan or minibus. Tours can be one day (about 8 hours) or last for several days. I can also create a custom tour based on what you want to see and do. I'll be happy to answer all your questions. Your Armenian friend, Ishkhan

Visit one of the most mysterious and interesting places in Armenia: the Orgov Radio-Optical Telescope, also known as ROT54 or the Herouni Mirror Radio Telescope. It's located on the slopes of Mount Aragats. This giant telescope was built during Soviet times for space research. You will learn why it was built, what scientists studied here, and why it is abandoned today. We will explore the control room where operators once controlled the telescope and learn which points in space researchers observed. You will also visit the Arev solar station and the anechoic room. If weather and time allow, we can continue to Byurakan Observatory to watch stars and planets through a telescope. This tour is for 1-3 persons in my private car. For groups of more than 3, DM me and I’ll create a custom tour with a minivan or minibus.
Our plan: -Start from Yerevan -Drive to Orgov Radio-Optical Telescope -Walk around the site and explore the area (telescope, control room, facility buildings, Arev Solar station -Visit Byurakan Observatory -Return to Yerevan Duration: 5 hours
