Berat - The unique town of 'One thousand & one...... windows' UNESCO Heritage

Magic is real, you can feel it in the air. It is so old, over 2500 years old. It has a proper name, it's called Berat.
The town is surrounded by hills and mountains, which gives the impression of a "Huge Amphitheater" where the "local gladiators" are living in peace with Mother Nature.

Magic continues once you enter inside the Fortress overlooking the town, built by Illyrian Masters with big blocks of stone, which looks like a big "stage of a movie" from the ancient times. The locals are still living in their own little houses with small gardens where they grow fresh fruits and vegetables.
Down the hill, the cobble street lead the way to the heart of the Magic, the Mangalemi neighborhood. This is a rare example of an architectural character typical of the Ottoman period.

And then there's the The Medieval quarter, Gorica neighborhood with the stone bridge and more and more to visit in the town.

Day trip to Bovilla Lake and Kruja city - from Tirana

Anyone who loves nature, hiking, tradition, culture, food and sightseeing would also love this daytrip which is around 8 hours.
Bovilla lake offers a wonderful landscape from top of the mountain. The lake of Bovilla lies on the northeastern side of Tirana, between two mountain ranges. This is probably the closest area to practice climbing on the rocks near the capital. In this area is a safe itinerary for walking, hiking and climbing on rocks. The itineraries vary in difficulty degrees, from simple ones to more difficult ones.
Kruja city, a heritage of our history and the origin city of our national hero, Skanderbeg.
The historical city of Kruja offers an amazing atmosphere. There is an ottoman market, the castle of the city and museum around the city which we are going to visit them one by one.
We will also have lunch at one of the most popular restaurant in the city which is actually inside the castle.

Berati - The City of Thousand Windows. Travel in the morning from Tirana towards the Museum City of Berat. UNESCO since 2008 just before Berat we will make a stop in Durres. One of the oldest towns in Albania and the first and perhaps the most important of the Greek colonies in the country. It was founded at Epidamnus in 627 B. C. by Greeks from Corcyra (present-day Corfu) and Corinth. We will visit some of the remains such as the Roman Amphitheatre, forum, Venetian Tower, city walls and Archaeological Museum.

After the visit of Durres we will make for Berat on the way a stop at the Ardenica Monastery, later arrive in Berat. As arrived there visit the castle, built up on a rocky hill 260 m above the sea level.

Private tour to Tirana - Kruja

This is a cabrio jeep trip, around the non-touristy part of the Durrës region. We'll start the exploration of the region with an off-road ride in the eastern part, where we will be able to see the towering hills covered with olives, vines, and tobacco plantations. In the village of Golem we'll drink morning coffee and rakia with our Albanian hosts, and understand the famous phrase "avash avash. " Through the wilderness we will reach the eastern border of the region, where among the hills there is a small family vineyard that produces Albanian award winning wines.

At the terrace, we will have lunch and try the many indigenous varieties these Albanian vineyards have to offer.

The next part of our trip we will drive along the Kallmi Hill, on the off-road route, admiring the panorama of the Adriatic Sea. There we will relax on a private beach.

On our way back to the hotel, we will stop in the center of Durrës where we will have free time for shopping and coffee.
