Hi, I’m Ellie — a licensed tour guide based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. I never planned to become a tour guide. My journey began when my mother opened a tourism company in the UAE—and suddenly I found myself discovering a country through its people. Twenty-five years later, I’m still here, learning from Emiratis firsthand and sharing their culture with the world. My work has brought me close to the heart of the UAE, allowing me to experience both its rich traditions and its modern wonders. Some of my favorite places include the breathtaking Observation Deck 300, the immersive TeamLab Phenomena, and the iconic Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi. I also love the serene mountains and old palaces of Al Ain, and the lively markets, hidden gems, and observatories of Dubai.
