We were met at the port pick up point on time with our name very clearly displayed. Prasad guided our party of four through the highlights of Colombo very patiently moving at our own pace and answered all our questions. The only reason we rated Prasad A as 4 rather than 5 is because his profile states he is fluent in English. It should instead be rated conversational.
