Hi, I'm Alessia. Welcome to Abruzzo, my home region! Before we start, a little bit about me. I'm a traveler and a food lover, I write about food and travels. I enjoy slow travelling, getting to know local traditions and learning from locals, just like I do for you in Abruzzo. I've been showing my guests the innumerable beauties of the region I grew up in through food and wine since 2013. I also lived in Canada, part of my family is from Nova Scotia, where I had the chance to discover my Canadian heritage culture. That is why I also offer heritage tours and paper research services to all of you that ask for some help in tracing their roots in Abruzzo. I'm pretty sure you must have been to Italy at least once before but. . . have you ever experienced authentic Italy? Come to Abruzzo and let me show you what it feels like to enjoy the most authentic Italian lifestyle! Alessia and Fabrizio were the absolute best tour guides. They went above and beyond and always added more to the tour. More history, more fun, and a lot more food!! We would definitely recommend them to anyone. They made our family history tour to Abruzzo an unforgettable experience!

Alessia was absolutely wonderful to communicate with before my visit to assure I experienced a lifelong desire. The last time I saw my Grandmother I was 11; so to walk the narrow alley to the door of her past home, walk in the church where she was a parishioner, experience a true authentic lunch, learn of the history of Chieti and experience the view of elevation was more...

This review is for the whole experience I had in Abruzzo with Alessia Odoardi from 7/6-9/6/23. In a word, perfect. Alessia and Fabrizio provided me with a wonderful Abruzzo visit.
