Professional photographer and filmmaker, father of a 17 years old boy, husband of a lovely sociologist. Documentary and nature photography, bird watching and Mapuche culture are my main interest, anthropology, archeology and geography are also subjects of my interest. I also love to hike and explore the natural disasters zones and geological views. I can bring you to beautiful places, from cormorants colonies in the pacific ocean, to a hidden lake in the mountains of Los Andes. We can see volcanoes and mountains, amazing colored forests in the autumn, go to to the city where Pablo Neruda grew up, visit the local farmer markets and learn about the Mapuche culture and hand crafts. Experienced Photographer and Tour leader Passionate in Nature and Birdwatching I have a AWD Subaru Outback, for up to 4 passengers, also I can accompany you in your vehicle or I can arrange for a separate car and driver.

The tour was amazing, and Jorge is the best guide you can imagine! Jorge has shown me wonderful places in the Conguillío park and animals I'd have never discovered myself. We visited the Llaima volcano, the Laguna verde, Lake Conguillío, Araucaria Madre, and so much more. We have even seen Magallan woodpeckers and other rare birds. Jorge was great - nice guy, informative, flexible, knowledgeable about different aspects of the region; the main issue was the WEATHER; very cloudy to start, then rain; could not see volcanoes in Villarica or Pucon; border control took much longer than expected; drive up to Junin de Los Andes was interesting scenery, with less rain; but then the last 3 hours was pouring...

This was a fantastic tour, and our second with Jorge. He is a wonderful guide and very knowledgeable. This was a long journey and served the purpose of moving us from Pucon to Bariloche, so was a one-way tour for Jorge.
