Born as a "Country boy" in the Southern field of Puerto Varas, Lake District Chile; I was born surrounded by the great Andes mountain range, volcanoes, evergreen forest, lakes, rivers, farmers and "Baqueanos or Gauchos", who gave me their knowledge and wisdom about our root and why we have to respect and love. I've been working in Travel Companies & Lodges for more than 30 years; from the mystic Atacama Desert in Northern Chile, to the desolate South Patagonia in Torres del Paine and Tierra del Fuego. Also, I was a teacher and Consultant on Rural Tourism Programs in my District. Thanks to God, my family, and my hard work, I've traveled, and I specialized in Adventure Tourism, Leadership, and Business in New Zealand for eighteen months(Scholarship awarded by the Chilean Government - Education Ministry 2010). Day 1: Pick up from Temuco airport by Andres and drive to Pucon hotel. Later tour at Volcanic Caves, visit Villarrica Volcano photo visit + Pucon hotel. Day 2: Pucón + Curarrehue + Hike Araucarias(monkey puzzle tree) + lunch (optional) + Pucón hotel. Day 3: Pucón (check out) + visit Hot Spring Geométricas or El Rincón + Drive to Lake District Puerto Varas hotel. Day 4: Osorno Volcano Hike + Petrohue Waterfalls + Lake Todos Los Santos Photographic Tour + Puerto Varas hotel. Day 5: Alerce Andino Hike + Angelmo Market visit + lunch(optional) + Puerto Varas hotel. Day 6: Puerto Varas + Chiloe Island + Penguin Colony visit + Dalcahue visit + Castro hotel. Day 7: Castro + visit UNESCO Wooden Churches of Castro, Nercon, and Chonchi. Then Ferry Crossing + Transfer Out Puerto Montt airport and End of Program. *This custom program can start at Temuco or Puerto Montt airport. **Penguin Colony seasonal visit from October to March.
