Hello! My name is Azar, and I'm 34 years old. I was born and grew up in Baku! I am your professional English-speaking local guide, driver, and cook all in one person. I have 9 years of experience as a guide and organization of outdoor activites and private tours. Received training in providing first aid. Always drive safely when driving a car in any region of Azerbaijan. My goal is to provide quality and professional service for every tourist, as it is very important for a good trip or tour. The long memory of the journey or tour lags, not from the Sight itself, but from the service the tour guide provided. And of course you always want to come back . . . . Very happy to do my job - this is really my way of life and always happy to share it with my guests! I invite you to visit the country of Azerbaijan, the country in which I was born and grew up, because it is very diverse: it is surrounded by high mountains, it has many rivers and lakes, rich natural fauna, and of course, this country has preserved many ancient traditions and customs of nomadic peoples! Azar is an excellent guide . He is very well-informed and the tour was carefully planned so that I got to see all that I had hoped I would see. He is also pleasant company and patiently waited while I took endless photos.

Timothy A.September 2025Fabulous sites outside of Baku City. The petroglyphs were amazing, mud volcano interesting, fire mountain unique, and the fire temple was rooted in lots of history. Azir was personable and informative. He’s a very good driver in the crazy Baku traffic too.
