Hi, my name is Carole and I have been involved with tours and excursions for 5 years now. I have lived in Scotland all my life and Inverness for the last 25 years. I probably have one of the best jobs in the world meeting all you wonderful people from all around the globe. My passions are the Highlands of Scotland and Isle of Skye, and whether it's battlefields or castles, stunning landscapes, whisky, lochs or Nessie hunting, you can tour and cover them all. I aim to take your wish list of locations and help you turn them into a meaningful, memorable and magical experience. From the Speyside and Highland whisky trails, with many beautiful distilleries for your consideration and enjoyment and a taste experience that can't be rivaled, or perhaps a walking adventure in our magical countryside and wildlife of our glens, rest assured I know how to excite your imagination and expectations on a guided personal tour of our stunning country and its history. My experience and knowledge of history, myths and locations can help provide you with some great ideas for your tours. You will be transported in comfort and style in my immaculately presented Mercedes GLC 4x4 which gives a panoramic unclouded view of our stunning scenery. We could arrange pick up from your chosen location whether it's a hotel, house, port, train station or ferry, which will ensure that before, during and after the tour, your day will be undisturbed, memorable and talked about for years to come. Tours can be full or half days and start/finish times can be flexible to suit your needs on the day. I can do repositioning tours, maybe you fancy starting in Inverness and ending in Edinburgh or vice versa with scenic stops along the way. I can also offer multi day tours anywhere around Scotland. Just message me and we can sort out the best places to visit. If you are happy with three in the back I am happy to take four people 20 years experience as a professional driver. 5 years experience as a tour guide. None.

A day exploring the Moray Coastline with wonderful views and animals along the way. Spey Bay is a beautiful coastal reserve on the river Spey where you can see many different birds, otters and seals. It has a birdwatching station dolphin centre and an ice station to explore. Heading through little fishing villages we arrive at Bow Fiddle Rock, an outstanding natural rock that has taken on the shape of a bow over a fiddle. Onto Portknockie harbour which is still busy with private boats and has an outdoor tidal swimming pool Lunch stop at Cullen where our famous Cullen Soup originated, a creamy potato and smoked haddock soup. Troup Head Nature Reserve has more than 50,000 seabirds that return to nest here among the burrows and crevices on the cliff face, including gannets and puffins Ending the day with either a ‘dram’ at a local distillery or a coffee in an old historic railway building at Macduff
Pick up from your chosen point * Head to Sueno’s Stone a 7 metre tall Pictish cross * Next along to Spey Bay to watch the wildlife in action and get some photos * Then to Bow Fiddle Rock which truly resembles a bow poised over a fiddle * As we pass through little fishing villages we will stop at Portknockie harbour where dolphins may be spotted * Lunch at the Cullen Bay Hotel and a chance to walk through this picturesque village and look at the Auld Kirk dating back to the 13th century * Duff House built in the 1730s * Next Troup Head Nature Reserve to watch the seabirds in action * Then either a stop for a whisky at a local distillery or a coffee at the Platform in Macduff, which also has shops with nice gifts This is just my suggestion for the day, if there are other places you would like to stop at then drop me a message, as this is your personal tour
