I have lived in London since 1997. Passionate about travel, history, walking and exploring I qualified as a City of London Guide in 2022 and a London Blue Badge Guide in 2024. I am also a Freeman of the City of London that gives me the right to herd sheep across the river Thames ! I would love to show you around and my London Blue Badge Guide professional qualification means I have privileged guiding access to all the buildings that matter including the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Churchill War Rooms, Kensington Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral and the British Museum. For those who have been to London before there is always more to discover in our great capital city. I also offer railway, regeneration, shopping, food and LGBT Pride Tours. All of my London tours are private and designed around the interests of you and your group, whether it is 1 or 2 or up to 10. I cater for visitors and locals alike. A selection of my most popular tours are below so please do get in touch. They are mainly on foot yet depending on your preferences we can also travel on red London buses, river boats, iconic black cabs or the famous tube. If you fancy a pint in a traditional English pub or lunch in old world legal London let me know as I am happy to tweak or customise my tours to give you a day to remember ! Reviews March 2025 "Booking this tour was exactly what we needed to learn about the Tower of London. Our tour guide Warren was incredibly knowledgeable. We tossed questions at him throughout the tour and he never hesitated with his reply. Warren also made sure we had a prime spot for the daily 3pm ceremony while he explained the historical significance....I'll keep those magnificent visuals stored in my memory. Thank you Warren !" Carrie - United States. " Warren was an amazing host for our Tower of London trip ! Very knowledgable, engaging, friendly and happy to answer my many questions" Matthew S "Graciously met by our wonderful guide Warren. We were able to witness the official opening of the Tower by the Beefeaters and Guards...Cheers to Warren for an unforgettable visit!!" JL "Crown Jewels are a must. Warren was friendly, fun and very knowledgable. The tour was interesting and not too taxing [Warren] also gave us options to do after his tour was finished. I definitely recommend this tour. I chose this tour because of the extra time to see the crown jewels and Warren gave us tips on how to get the most out of the time spent in the Crown Jewels area" Bobart J January 2025 - "Our guide Warren was amazing and very patient. My college age daughter wished he was going to be her next Professor!" Tanya Z. "Warren was perfect, he was smart, funny and made the tour perfect. He is wonderful. Thank-you !" Overview of your London tour

London has been my home since 1997 and I would love to show you around. As a London Blue Badge Guide I have privileged access to guide you inside the Churchill War Rooms, a Whitehall basement that was the British government's command center during World War II. Discover the secret rooms and corridors where Winston Churchill and his cabinet made crucial decisions that changed the course of history.

Your London tour itinerary

Start your tour at the entrance to the Churchill War Rooms, where you can see the concrete slab that provided protection for the populated basement below. Visit the underground Cabinet Room from which Churchill directed the war and see how Churchill's encrypted SIGSALY telephone hotline to President Roosevelt was hidden behind a locked rest room door. Visit the Churchill Museum and learn about Churchill's life. Born into an aristocratic family at Blenheim Palace hear about Churchill's schooling at Harrow. his army and journalistic adventures in South Africa and India, his early political career then WW2 war leader and Cold War statesman Enjoy the extensive array of "Churchilliana" available for purchase in the large shop and/or relax in the underground cafe just as they would in WW2. Optional extra 30 minute guided tour of Parliament Square including the Winston Churchill Statue and exterior of St Margaret’s Church where he married Clemmie in 1908. Request when booking.
