Hello. I’m Larry, a born and bred, super proud ‘Belfastian’. I worked for 30+ years in the Banking Industry, based across different locations in Belfast City Centre, so I have plenty of stories and experiences to share. That eventful chapter of my life closed in 2018 and the wonderful world of tour-guiding became my new passion. The city has changed dramatically over those years and yet some things never change such as our warm hospitality and humor. I have always loved meeting people and hearing their stories and can’t wait to tell you about my home city and bring to life its remarkable story. Belfast is a city full of stories, fascinating characters, significant events and beautiful architecture, which are story books of the city's rich history and heritage. I have a wide variety of tours and experiences to suit all interests and can design a tour to suit you. I am immensely proud of my city and would love to share my passion, personal experiences and history of the city and country through its many highs and lows. I promise you an interesting, informative and fun-filled tour. It would be my great pleasure to guide you in the near future.

Overview of your Belfast tour

Belfast has many centuries old taverns and this historic pub tour is a perfect blend of history and hospitality in equal measure. This tour takes you on a journey back in time with fascinating insights into the city's economic, social, cultural and often troubled political evolution. Our pubs are survivors of a bygone age and some of these pubs have been serving liquor since Belfast was a village and each have their own fascinating stories to tell. They are historically and often architecturally significant but retain a unique charm with a warm and welcoming aura. This tour also includes some of Belfast's vibrant new pubs which have transformed many of the city's older buildings while retaining their authentic Victorian character This Tour also combines well with our Street Art Tour ‘Art in the Heart of Belfast’
