Vanna is knowledgeable about the culture and history of Thailand. She has a fun, engaging style and we enjoyed her personality! Our 2 days with Vanna exceeded our expectations!

Vanna is simply extraordinary - personable; energetic; highly intelligent; passionate and exceptionally knowledgeable about all aspects of Thailand. We spent 1-1/2 totally customized days with her and her wonderful professional driver and saw countless sites which were not offered on any of the overly focused tours offered by our ship. Vanna was just the most delightful guide we could of hoped for. My booking went absolutely according to plan with the driver meeting us on exit from the port terminal with my name on a board. We felt safe with the driver amongst some crazy driving on our Bangkok trip. We were escorted to the Grand Palace, a river boat ride and a trip round the flower markets. Vanna was knowledgable informative and fun to spend time with. We were taken to the best place in Bangkok for Pad Thai lunch...which was incredible. We then used her skills and expertise the following day to visit the elephant sanctuary in Pattaya. This was followed by a trip to a tropical garden/dinosaur theme park with something there to suit people of all ages. All in all I highly recommend putting your trip in her very capable hands because shes fun & will take great care of you

Ms. Vanna is a stellar tour guide. 5 stars are not enough. I'm sure there's other guides with the same vast knowledge of Bangkok but "auntie" is able to accommodate every request. She listens. We had a very short but intense 36 hours and did three tours with her. We were able to do everything and more. The best part though is how fantastic a photographer she is. She knows every nook and angle. Long after memories of the trip will start to fade we will still have the dozens of stunning pictures.

Vanna is an excellent guide and very highly recommendable. Very punctual and caring, and utmost knowledgable on all subjects. Excursions on cruiseschip are always limited in time, but we saw all we possibly could. Vanna filled in our every request on things we wanted to see and do providing us along the way with local delicacies. No effort was spared. Great job ! A special mention to our driver who came across very heavy traffic, did a huge amount of driving but remained utmost friendly and caring.
