- Meet up in Piazza Bernardino Luini - Brief overview of the day's program - Explore the historic city center - Discover the history of the Church of Santa Maria degli Angioli and the Lugano Art and culture centre - Via Nassa in the past the heart of the fisherman viilage, today high end shops - Piazza della Riforma, Piazza Cioccaro - St.Lorenz Cathedral Head to the train station and enjoy the ride to Locarno -Walk on the prmoenade of Lake Maggiore - Stroll through Piazza Grande - Visit the Castello Visconteo (exterior) - Visit to the old town with its narrow streets and lovely churches - Transfer back to Lugano (if needed) As with every ToursByLocals tour, this tour is of course customisable.
