Atravesamos el pintoresco pueblo de Fataga, conocido como el Valle de las Mil Palmeras, y continuamos hacia la zona de montaña pasando cerca del emblemático Roque Nublo. Ascendemos hasta el Pico de las Nieves, el punto más alto de Gran Canaria, con vistas espectaculares y posibilidad de ver el Teide en días despejados. El descenso se realiza por la Caldera de los Marteles, seguido del Barranco de Guayadeque y el casco histórico de Agüimes.
