Jay was an excellent tour guide. He was knowledgeable and customized our tour to match our interests. We got to see everything we wanted to see. Jay was absolutely fantastic! Collected us from the cruise terminal and we handed him a list of things we wanted to see and do and he customized a tour just for us ticking off most of the items on our list. On our trip to Seoul, we booked a private tour with Jay. We absolutely loved the tour and Jay was amazing. Even though our ship docked 4 hours late, he changed the tour, so we could still see the important parts of the city. His tour is great and very organized. I am a widowed mother of 3 girls. This was my first time traveling outside the USA without any other adults & I was very nervous! I made a booking with Jay & he made me feel very safe & he was worth every penny! We came in on a cruise ship into Incheon. Jay met us & took us into Seoul. He was very flexible & took us where we wanted to go. We were mostly interested in seeing things associated with K-pop & he took us to the heart of it. He was very easy to get along with & very informative. Loved it!

Jay took us to the army base where my husband served in 1963. At one gate my husband found a familiar wall and location. Jay was so flexible that we drove around the area and spent time at the National War Memorial which was very interesting and the statue of the brothers was so moving. The actual museum was not open the Monday we were there but we were able to walk around and see the various planes (I never walked around a B52 before) and other war relics. Jay is a fabulous guide who has WiFi too.
