Let me take you to the main attractive places in town, to experience the real beauty of Busan. Busan is located on the southeastern tip of the Korean peninsula and the second largest city in South Korea about 770Km2 with 3. 5 million citizens. Busan is a perfect example of harmony between mountains, rivers and sea. You visit unique style Buddhist temple along the shoreline. Haeundae Beach which is one of the most famous beaches in Korea closed to a full array of tourist spots, restaurants and cafeteria. Dongbaek island is located in the southern end of the Haeundae beach, is known for its magnificent scene produced by thick camellias and pine trees. Jagalchi Market is the biggest fish market in Korea and has many stores selling live fishes, king crabs, and shrimps and shellfishes. Gukjae market is an outdoor huge market to buy souvenirs, Korean cosmetics, clothing, etc. During the tour, you can have a lot of fun and understand Korean life, tradition, and customs. Helena was prompt and professional in meeting us. So sweet and amiable she felt like your long lost friend who wants you to visit and appreciate her hometown. She took us to the significant sites and the history of Busan in 8 hours. Itinerary was flexible and we all had a wonderful time. SInce we were foodies, we had to experience the fresh seafood at the Busan fish and seafood market. It was awesome.
Helena was a great guide for our day in Busan. She was able to accommodate my mobility scooter which is really important for me. She showed us the sites and sounds of the city including some really great views and a local Buddhist Temple. We then went to the UN Cemetery, had a fantastic lunch of Korean BBQ and then spent the afternoon at the history museum. Would highly recommend her!
