Easy 3-day hut-to-hut tour, East and High Tatras

Forget the hustle and bustle of cities and come to find peace and happiness into the stunning nature of Tatras mountains. Hut-to-Hut Hiking in the High Tatras mountains is one of the biggest adventures you can undertake in Slovakia. You will sleep in cozy mountain huts in the middle of national park and enjoy the atmosphere of the mountains while sipping a great Slovakian soup. On the way, you'll admire some of the highest mountain peaks, pass by crystal clear lakes with stunning views of the Slovakian landscape, and stay in the best mountain huts in Slovakia. This tour is suitable for less experienced hikers, as we will walk only for 4-5 hours/day. We will have plenty of time to admire surrounding fauna and flora, to observe sunrises and sunsets far from a civilization. In all the huts, where you'll stay overnight, you'll get dinner and breakfast. However, I recommend you to take some snacks that are light to carry, e. g. müsli bars, chocolate, nuts, and a water bottle.

- Starting point is in " Tatranská Kotlina" village - From here we follow a delightful trail through spruce forests, up to the first mountain hut " Plesnivec ", where we spend the first night. - in the afternoon, we can walk little bit higher, to discover beautiful rocky window, with amazing views to the other side of the ridge. On this place we can survey highly protected animals, chamois, in their natural habitat. - The second day starts with a little uphill walk through the forest. In about an hour we comes to gorgeous flowery meadows, surrounded by great snowy peaks. - Later on we comes to the boundary between East Tatras and High Tatras, where " Biele plesá " tarns are situated. From this place, it is already close to our second mountain hut, next to the green lake " Chata pri Zelenom plese. - On the last day, after we take our tasty breakfast, we set off to enjoy an easy, pleasant hike down the " Biela voda " valley, accompanied by crystaly clear waters of " Kežmarská Biela voda " stream .
