Welcome to Portugal! Welcome to Lisbon!!! My name is Glória, I am a mother of 2 young boys and I am a certified guide and passionate about my country, its history and its people. I have been a licensed guide since 2004 and there's nothing that makes me happier than show you my country, its monuments, its history but also tell you about our economy, education, health system all that through my eyes, the eyes of a Portuguese born and raised here. Or if you are 1 or 2 persons and wish more than a standard car with a separate driver, I can also provide for a full confort Mercedes car.

Overview of your Lisbon tour

If you'd like to have a good feel of the Portuguese kings and some European kings Summer holiday choices this is your tour. Come join me where royalty used to relax! We will visit the World Heritage Site Sintra, the Royal residence since the 14th century and there we would visit the 14th century Vila Palace and I would suggest a walk through the charming little streets of Sintra and there taste the traditional sweet pastries. If you are a sweet tooth like me, you shouldn't miss it! We will go through the Natural Park of Sintra-Cascais on our way to Cascais passing by the breath taking Guincho coast that I love to go to with my family too. Cascais was a royal Summer residence since the 19th century when the fashion of going to the beach started for our monarchs. If you'd like we can return to Lisbon taking the coastal road or the motorway to finish the perfect day with unique views and a relaxing drive back.

I had a great time seeing Sintra with Gloria. I was able to book Gloria as a solo traveller as my husband was in Lisbon on business. She provided a car as well as a driver making sight seeing very easy without having to worry about parking. We were able to go at an easy going pace and she didn’t hesitate personalize the tour in a variety of ways.
