Are you in Lisbon for just one day?This day tour gives you the chance to visit both Lisbon and Sintra and leave with the feeling you didn't miss a thing. We start our day in Lisbon and drive through the main squares and avenues. Continue to Belém where we see the Monastery of Saint Jerome from the outside, photo stop close to the Tower of Belém and if time allows a quick stop to try the custard tarts. In the afternoon we drive to Sintra . Possibility to visit the Town Palace. Free time to shop in the several handicraft shops of Sintra. Drive back to Lisbon.

Susana offered us (my wife and I) a wonderful panoramic tour of Lisbon as well as the lovely hill-top town of Sintra and the seaside village of Cascais. She was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating -- making itinerary modifications in real-time. Our private tour with Susana provided us an excellent introduction to Portugal newbies. Highly recommend her as a local guide.
Susana was very accommodating and gave us great suggestions on what to visit along the coast from Sintra to Lisbon. We visited Monserrate Palace, drove along the coast to Cascais, viewed Azenhas do Mar, Cabo da Roca, and Boca do Inferno. Beautiful coastline. Susana introduced us to Chicken Piri Piri and recommended the perfect restaurant and time for shopping. A very nice tour.
Susana is very informative and interesting. We learned a lot from Susana like the cork oak trees that we passed by, the ice plants in Cape Rock. Her van is very clean.
Driving in Lisbon city center passing main streets and squares. Continuation along the riverside until Belém area where we can see from the outside the Jerónimos Monastery, Tower of Belém, visit of the Pastry shop, stop at the Discoveries Monument. Drive to Sintra. Possibility to visit Town Palace . We still have time in Sintra downtown area to enjoy the charm of this historical and romantic village.
