Overview of your Lisbon tour
Would you like to travel back to the 19th Century and feel like royalty? This Palace is one of the most unique and wonderful Royal Portuguese Palaces. One of the major expressions of 19th-century Romanticism, the castle stands on the top of a hill in the Sintra Mountains above the town of Sintra. The interiors of the Pena Palace were adapted to serve as the Summer residence of the royal family. It has amazing stuccos, painted walls and various revetments in tile from the 19th century, forming part of the numerous royal collections. I will be explaining all the beautiful furniture, the amazing decoration and more. We will have time for photos and to explore the different perspectives of the towers and passage ways. We will have the option to walk through the gardens. Great views, hidden paths, camelias, tree ferns, lakes and much more to be discovered in this royal park, full of nature and surprises. Let's discover the Palace with its history and views, you will be amazed by all it has to offer!
